Before performing this test walk 1.6 Km. as fast as you can. Note the time taken to complete the walk and check your heart rate immediately after completing the walk with heart rate monitor or take your pulse for 10 sec. and multiply that with 6.

Weight : in pounds (weight in kg * 2.20)

Time : in minutes
e.g if you take 13 minutes 54 second to complete the walk of (1 mile or 1.6 Km.), then divide seconds with 60 i.e. (54/60) and add the result (0.9) with minutes (13.9).

Heart Rate :
(take accurate beats from heart rate monitor or beats/min. or beats for 10 seconds and multiply that with 6 and enter.)
